In order to cooperate with the business development, the client come up a new design plan with us, creating a new wine tasting area and private kitchen space for them. Since the unit is a self-owned property, the owner allows us to make a lot of changes in space planning . Newly built & design toilets and kitchens are added, etc. Because the space for storing wine needs temperature control, and we also specially arranged a new air-conditioning system to match the 24-hour air-conditioning system in the wine storage area
